Tucked away from the main dining room, PRIVATO offers a more intimate way to experience Della Terra. This private space opens directly onto the kitchen, giving you a front-row view of all the action.

Seating up to 8 guests, PRIVATO is home to the Chef’s Table — where Executive Chef Vinny Lauria creates a seasonal, personalised tasting menu just for you and your party. The experience is bespoke from start to finish, including a custom-printed menu for each guest to take home. Throughout the meal, Chef Vinny often steps out to introduce the dishes himself — sharing a little of where each one comes from and why it matters.

Expect a multi-course journey rooted in local ingredients and classic Italian technique, enjoyed with selections from our thoughtful wine list and house cocktails.

Whether it’s a special occasion or simply a good excuse to gather, PRIVATO is about slowing down, sharing stories, and eating well.
