Della Terra exists because great Italian cooking has always been about what's available, not what's imported. Our Solo Locali philosophy applies Italian technique to Bali's seasonal ingredients.

Each morning, our kitchen works with what local farms and fishermen bring. Organic vegetables from Bedugul. Fresh catch from coastal waters. These become handmade pasta shaped throughout service, dishes that shift with harvest cycles rather than tourist expectations.

The wine list focuses on Italy's less familiar regions. Volcanic reds from Sicily. Alpine whites from Alto Adige. Natural wines chosen to complement the season's menu.
