Another early morning road trip into the hills of Bedugul, chasing what’s fresh, what’s in season, and what we haven’t tasted yet.

We caught up with our friend Remi — better known to us as the Tomato Lady — at her beautiful Puri Puri Farm. She’s been growing some of the best heirloom varieties we’ve ever used, and every visit brings something new.

There’s real magic in these mountains — cooler air, richer soil, and farmers who truly care about what they grow.

We brought back crates of inspiration and a few new ingredients you’ll be seeing on the menu very soon.
