MEET THE CHEF
Partner and Executive Chef Vinny Lauria has been cooking since he could stand on a chair next to his Nonna. Originally from New York, Vinny has spent the last two decades honing his craft across the U.S. and Asia — opening restaurants in Hong Kong, Singapore, Manila, and Hanoi.
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, he trained at the Michelin-starred Sheen Falls Lodge in Ireland before becoming Head Chef at 22 in Denver. He later joined Babbo Ristorante and Michelin-starred Enoteca in NYC as Sous Chef.
At Della Terra, Vinny brings global experience and local focus together — blending old-world technique with island-grown ingredients and a hands-on approach that starts with the soil.
